As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Assistant to join our sales team and assist in achieving our wholesale objectives.

Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Assist in processing wholesale orders, from entry through to fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Account Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for wholesale clients regarding order inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay client feedback and requirements.

Administrative Support

  • Manage and organise sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support to the wholesale team.

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team in implementing wholesale strategies and promotions.
  • Prepare sales materials and samples for potential buyers.
  • Engage with customers in a personable and informative manner to showcase Mallows Beauty products.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings and pitches.

Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately input data into our CRM and order management systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented focus.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
  • Knowledge of beauty products and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the wholesale industry is advantageous.

Role reports to: Head of Sales
